How your Trust Score
really works.
No black box. Here's the exact formula, a worked example with real numbers, and how the live AI layer fits in.
Five signals, 100 points.
A worked example.
Take a creator streaming 3 times a week, at a 6% engagement rate, with an 8-month-old account, 450 followers and 180 following, who has delivered on all 3 keys received so far:
That's the deterministic score โ pure math, computed identically whether or not any AI is even configured.
Where the live AI layer comes in.
On top of that base score, a live AI layer re-reads each creator's actual activity pattern every day โ how regular their streaming schedule is, how consistent their view counts are โ for signs a flat number alone can't show. Two creators can hit the exact same 87 above and still look very different once you check the pattern: one streams like clockwork, the other posted the same total activity in one erratic burst. The AI can nudge the score up or down by a small, capped amount to reflect that. It can never block an account by itself โ anything it flags goes to a human admin, not an automatic ban.
